Founded in 2008 by Dale Mathis and Tom Pantzer, LHE in its short existence has become known for quality home enhancements in the Indianapolis metro area. LHE in its short existence has become known for quality home enhancements in the Indianapolis metro area. We are a proud member of National Association of The Remodeling Industry or known as NARI.

Dale Mathis has over 22 years of experience in the remodeling and residential construction industry. It started in the late 80's framing homes and doing interior trim for contractors who built custom homes on the north side of Indianapolis and Hamilton County. In 1992 he founded Mathis Construction Co. Projects ranged from room additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and re constructing a 150 year old log cabin in Brown County. In 1998 Dale merged his company with another established contractor John Fortson to create Fortson & Mathis Construction LLC. This company's primary focus was residential remodeling and whole house renovations.
